NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Santa Clara Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday Mar. 18, 2021 in the City Council Chambers of the Town Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Dr., Santa Clara, UT. 84765.

 

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on a proposed zone change request from Residential R-1-10 and Residential Agricultural to Planned Development Residential on 5.43 acres generally located east of Gates Lane and south of Santa Clara Drive.  To allow for a proposed Assisted Living facility consisting of Memory Care, Assisted Living, and independent Living units.

 

Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action.
