NOTICE is hereby given that the Santa Clara City will hold a Planning Commission meeting on the 12th day of November 2020, in the Santa Clara Town Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, which meeting will begin at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be available live stream on the Santa Clara City or directly to the YouTube link https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_xLBLm30-XLqM1AEmhpcMA Council Chambers will be available to residents, we will have limited availability and follow Covid-19 guidelines.

Public Hearing to receive public input to consider an amended Planned Development Residential Zone and Project Plan for Regal Homes project at Black Desert area 7 and 8 on 19.46 acres, located on the north side of Pioneer Parkway and west of the present development. 3. Public Hearing to receive public input for approval of a Project Plan for a proposed Mo’Bettahs restaurant and Swig drive-through in a Planned Development Commercial Zone located approximately at 3510 Pioneer Parkway in front of the Harmons store. 6. Consideration of a Conditional Use permit for a Tagg-N-go car wash in a Planned
Development Commercial zone, located at approximately 3488 Pioneer Parkway, in

7. Recommendation to City Council of a Final Plat for Desert Village phase 1 with 64 units
on 6.3 acres, located east of Rachel Drive and north of the Harmons Store. Cole West

8. Recommendation to City Council to Petition to abandon a Lot line and to merge lots 6

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Santa Clara Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on
Thursday Nov. 12, 2020 in the City Council Chambers of the Town Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Dr., Santa Clara, UT. 84765.

  1. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on a proposed zone change request from Residential R-1-10 and Residential Agricultural to Planned Development Residential on 5.43 acres generally located east of Gates Lane and south of Santa Clara Drive. The rezone along with a requested Conditional Use Permit would allow for a proposed Assisted Living facility consisting of Memory Care, Assisted Living, and independent Living units.
  1. Consider an amended Planned Development Residential Zone and Project Plan for a proposed residential development on 19.46 acres in the Black Desert Project located north of Pioneer Parkway and generally east of Red Mountain Drive. Also consider a request for a conditional use permit for short-term (vacation) rentals for the proposed dwelling units.
  2.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on approval of a Project Plan for a proposed Mo’Bettahs restaurant and Swig in a Planned Development Commercial Zone located approximately at 3510 Pioneer Parkway in front of the Harmons Store. The Project Plan consists of the site plan and building elevation drawings.

Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action.
