Santa Clara City is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified professional firms to provide services.

Request for Bids: Swiss Days Park Restroom Construction

PUBLIC NOTICE:

SANTA CLARA CITY

REQUEST FOR BIDS

 

 

Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Santa Clara Swiss Days Park 207 Square foot Restroom building located at 2600 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara Utah. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by Tuesday June 25, 2019 before 2:00 pm MST, to the Santa Clara City Recorder, Chris Shelley at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at City Hall.

 

Plans will be released on Tuesday June 4, 2019. Digital copies of the plans will be available via email by contacting the architect. Hard copies can be purchased at the City Office Building from the Parks Department for $50 per/set (nonrefundable). The Plans will also be available at the AGC plan room.

The Work consists of a 207sf single story concrete block building with natural stone veneer to match the Granary Building. Work includes: excavation, grading, concrete walks, concrete foundations and slab, concrete block, natural stone veneer, wood trusses and beams, steel columns, cedar shingle roof, Boral TruExterior trim, gypsum board, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum windows, painting, epoxy flooring, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.

The 100% performance-labor and materials bond will be required on this project. Every BID shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid naming Santa Clara City as the oblige issued by a surety company licensed in the State of Utah and on a bond form acceptable by Santa Clara City.

The City of Santa Clara reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and/or all bids, and to waive any informalities pertaining to the submission of a bid.

Santa Clara City is seeking bids from qualified workers compensation insurance providers to provide coverage and perform services to the City. Services include competitive workers compensation insurance, including training and loss prevention support.

Request for Bids – Santa Clara-Ivins Rachel Fire Station

REQUEST FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Santa Clara-Ivins Rachel Fire Station A&R located at 2365 Rachel Drive, Santa Clara, Utah.  Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by May 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., MST, to Santa Clara City, Purchasing Department, Attn:  Ditzie Whitehead, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765.  Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the City Council Chambers.  Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside SANTA CLARA – IVINS RACHEL STATION A&R.

There will be a pre-bid meeting site visit at 2365 Rachel Dr., Santa Clara, Utah on April 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., MST.  Technical questions regarding the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Kim Campbell, Campbell & Associates Architects, (435) 628-5969.

The Bid includes the following:  An addition and remodel with minor site modifications.

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from Campbell & Associates Architects, 46 North 200 East, St. George, Utah 84770.  If you would like a copy of the Contract Documents, a CD can be provided at no charge.  A printed set may be obtained for $150 (non-refundable) per set.
