NOTICE is hereby given that the Santa Clara City will hold a Planning Commission meeting on the 21st day of March at the Santa Clara Town Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, which meeting will begin at 6:00 PM.  The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

A. Public Hearing(s):

1. Public Hearing to receive input for an ordinance amendment to Section 17.65.060.A, 17.20.270, 17.64.050, 17.68.110 Table1; Require that the garage have a minimum 30’ front setback measured from the front property line.

2. Public Hearing to receive input for an ordinance amendment to Section 17.66.040.C; Add a provision to allow the Planning Commission to reduce the front and street side setback in order to promote a more walkable environment.

3. Public Hearing to receive input for an ordinance amendment to Section 17.32.030; Off Street Parking Requirements to increase the setback from the garage or carport to the private street or access from 18’ to 20’.

4. Continue Public Hearing to receive input to amend the Zoning Map from R-1-10/Historic District to Mixed Use (MU) of a .45 acre parcel located at 2720 Santa Clara Drive. Sam Edwards, Applicant and Representing.

B. General Business:

5. Recommendation to City Council for a Final Plat of Blackhawk Townhomes, Phase 2. Dennis Garr, Applicant, Allen Hall of Rosenberg & Associates, Representing.

6. Recommendation to City Council for a Final Plat of Bella Sol, Phase 6. Lynette Miller of Rosenberg & Associates, Representing.
